I cannot install my eSIM

Common installation issues and how to fix them.

  1. Confirm your device supports eSIM technology
  2. Confirm your device is carrier-unlocked
  3. Make sure you have a stable internet connection during installation
  4. Scan the QR code carefully — avoid glare and keep the code centred
  5. If scanning fails, use the manual entry details if provided
  6. Check that the QR code has not already been installed on another device
