How to check if your device is compatible

Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.

To use a MenaSIM eSIM, your phone must support eSIM technology and must be carrier-unlocked.

  1. Check your phone model on your manufacturer's eSIM compatibility page
  2. Confirm your device is not network-locked to a specific carrier
  3. Make sure your device software is up to date
  4. On iPhone: Settings → General → About → scroll to see if eSIM is listed
