My eSIM is installed but I have no internet

Check your data line, APN, and roaming settings.

  1. Check that MenaSIM is selected as your mobile data line
  2. Turn on data roaming for the MenaSIM eSIM line
  3. Review APN settings if your package requires a custom APN
  4. Switch network selection from automatic to manual
  5. Restart your phone and wait two minutes
