Why does my eSIM show as expired?

It may be inactive, waiting for first network connection, or delayed in syncing.

An eSIM may show as expired or inactive before it first connects to a supported destination network, or due to a sync delay in our system.

  1. Refresh the My eSIMs page
  2. Check whether your plan activates on first network connection at destination
  3. Restart your device and allow a few minutes to connect
  4. Contact MenaSIM support if the status does not update after arrival at your destination
