How to install your eSIM

Step-by-step installation guide for iPhone and Android.

On iPhone

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Mobile Data or Cellular
  3. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan
  4. Scan the QR code from your MenaSIM order email or My eSIMs page
  5. Follow the prompts to complete setup

On Android

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Connections, Network, or SIM Manager depending on your device
  3. Tap Add eSIM
  4. Scan the QR code from your MenaSIM order
  5. Follow the prompts to complete setup
💡 Install your eSIM while you still have a stable Wi-Fi or internet connection. Do not scan the QR code more than once unless your plan supports multi-device use.
