How do I install an eSIM on iPhone?

Install your eSIM using direct install, QR code, or manual entry.

On iPhone, you can usually install your eSIM using one of three methods: direct installation link, QR code scan, or manual entry.

  1. Open My eSIMs in your MenaSIM account
  2. Tap the install instructions for your eSIM
  3. Use the direct install link if available — this is the fastest method
  4. If no direct link, scan the QR code from your camera
  5. Or use manual entry if you have the SM-DP+ address and activation code
💡 Direct install only works on iOS 17.4 and above. If it does not appear, use the QR code method.
