How can I use calls and texts with my eSIM?

Some plans include calls and texts — check your plan type.

Some MenaSIM plans include calls and texts, while many are data-only.

  1. Open your eSIM details in My eSIMs
  2. Check the plan type — it will state Data Only or Data/Calls/Texts
  3. If data-only, use internet-based apps such as WhatsApp or Messenger
  4. If calls and texts are included, make sure the MenaSIM line is set as the default for calls in your phone settings
