Where is my eSIM after purchase?

Find your eSIM details after completing your order.

  1. Check your email inbox — look for a message from MenaSIM
  2. Check your spam or junk folder if not in inbox
  3. Sign in to your MenaSIM account at menasim.com
  4. Open the My eSIMs section to view your eSIM details
  5. If still missing, contact MenaSIM support with your order confirmation number
