Why is my eSIM not working?

Follow this checklist if your eSIM is installed but not connecting.

If your MenaSIM eSIM is installed but not connecting, the issue is usually related to coverage, phone settings, network selection, or plan activation.

  1. Confirm you are in a supported destination country for this plan
  2. Make sure the MenaSIM eSIM is turned on in your phone settings
  3. Set MenaSIM as the mobile data line
  4. Turn on data roaming for the MenaSIM line
  5. Check if APN settings are required for your plan
  6. Try selecting the network manually instead of automatic
  7. Restart your phone
